Sources and reading guide
Thiziri presents its existing Arabic readings with English and French meanings. References and review notes belong to each reading; a collection label alone does not establish the source or status of every item.
Thiziri is a reading aid, not a complete or infallible religious reference. Errors may remain in Arabic wording, diacritics, translations, references or repetition counts. Consult the cited original sources and a qualified scholar when needed. If you find a mistake, report it to contact@underthehaik.com, including the collection, reading and issue.
Read the reference and review note beside each text. Source details and count distinctions are preserved from the existing library; no new authenticity claim is made here.
Translation conveys meaning and should be read alongside the Arabic. Where a translation or source note is absent, the page does not invent one.
A personal counter default is a reading aid, not a claim that a particular number is prescribed. Consult the original reference and reading-specific note.
The interactive reader stores favourites and counters locally. Web offline reading depends on saved files in that browser. Android has a separate bundled reading interface and privacy policy; its public release is in preparation.
How to use Thiziri
Choose a collection and open the interactive reader. Use Previous and Next to move between readings. Open the translation or source note when you need it.
Tap once per recitation, or mark a reading as read where that option appears. Use the heart to save a favourite. Counters and favourites are saved in this browser on this device when local storage is available; they do not sync between devices. Daily counters reset on the next local date. For another prayer on the same day, use the collection reset in the prayer reader.
For offline reading, first visit while connected and wait for the message that reading files have been saved. Return in the same browser. Clearing website data can remove your saved readings, favourites and counters. The website does not schedule reminders; Android reminders are a separate feature of the app in preparation.
